My younger brother just purchased a 1970 C500 ! It is originally FC7 and is loaded with options! He literally found this C500 sitting next to a barn!
It is originallyt coded for white vinyl top and white interior!
This C500 is also a 4speed car!!!
There couldnt have been too many C500's coded like this one. Lots more when i know exactly what else!

There are four 70 Charger 500s registered with FC7, white vinyl roof and white interior.....however they are all automatics. Make sure your brother registers that car with the 70 Charger Registry!!

Yep its a C500 and it is a 70! Dodge Don says that their are 4 other plum crazy ones currently registered!

I thought C500 was a nickname the cars picked up here?  I don't ever recall seeing anything about the factory referring to a Charger 500 as a "C500"?

The C500 isn't something that's for '69 only.. I should know......... I've been using C500 forever and really think was the one who started the shortened version.....  :icon_smile_big:

So, C500 all you want and hope black and your brother have fun. Can't wait to see the charger..........

I agree with Troy......C500 is a moniker slapped on by enthusiasts after the fact.
