anyone have the know how on how to remove instrument panel on a 1974 charger?

drop steering column by removing the two 7/16 nuts and large washer-like things, remove speedometer cable, i'd recommend you detach the climate controls by removing nuts on back, take out screws on sides of cluster, work it out by hand and be careful not to damage wires on upper left going to headlights.
