Decided to go for a ride this afternoon since the weather has finally let up down in South Texas.... we searched for a decent little spot off the road for my wife to take a few (like 100) pictures... brought her little step stool from the kitchen so she could get some different angles and she just played around with it a little to see how they'd turn out - overall, I was very happy with the results - enjoy!

It's beautiful.  Now watch out for those gravel roads.

Stunning.  That's one tall stool chair or your wife is tall?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

A really beautiful car!  :drool5:  :2thumbs:

But it really needs fatter rear tires! IMHO  :D

Lennard

I agree about the wide rims/tires. It is a beautiful car but it looks like a bodybuilder on ice skates with these skinny rims. ;)

Blame Dodge for that!!!!

Honestly, I'm driving it more already than I thought I would, so I'm contemplating a set of 15x7 and 15x8 wheels with Diamondback redline tires.... what's another couple grand at this point?!?!?

How well does it handle with the bias-plys? is there a real lack of traction when you lay it to the floor?

Regardless, it's a 40 yr old car so "handling" is a relative term... My daily driver is a BMW M5 with an aftermarket suspension and 19" Michelin PS2's so my bar is pretty high in the handling dept...

It can break them loose just about any time it wants to (510 ft lbs of torque to the wheels) and honestly, I like the old school feel on the bias plys with the manual steering...  Since the car's only going to see a few miles here and there, I don't think they're going to hurt anything.

I had several people text/call me when I rode through town the other day - the people that know it's me said they can spot it a mile away - don't see a car like this cruising down the road every day!

That's what I call setting standards to driving... but as a Euro guy I might be a little biased

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...
