Hi everyone. I havent been on your site before so I am trying my best to figure it out.
I have a B5 Bird with white bucket seat interior. The odd thing is the UDF is EB7.
I wonder if anyone in the dodgecharger site had seen my car before. It had blue carpet, seat belts, dash pad and plastic trim panels. I only have history to 1974 or 1975.
I would appreciate it if anyone had information on my car, or if anybody had seen this color combo, if they would let me know.

          Thanks  John K in NY

EB7 upper door frames are what you got with blue and blue & white (two-tone) interiors.

What is your interior code?

Greetings John,

Glad to see you have found the site and posted.  If someone remembers your car or has seen a similar situation, they will probably be on this site.

The cars vin is RM23U0A176667.
The last owner I bought it from was a dealer/salvage yard in Winsor or Harpersville NY. They owned it twice. They sold it (after being hit in the front end about 1974 or 1975) to Reno Smith who had it repaired then he sold it to Mike Sastra who had it licensed until 1978 then sold it back to Ron and son Doud Oakley (who bought it salvage originally in Harpursville) .I think Mike told me he sold it back in 1979 when Ron put it in storage until 12/2001 when He was good enough to let me buy it from him.
Mike used to drag race in the mid 1970s. Reno had a 1970 Roadrunner nose put on it ( which I have extra) Ill put a nose etc. back on it as Its on the rotisserie now. I dont know where it was sold new, I think Ron Oakley said NY and Doug thought NJ. Maybe someone can help. Thanks guys. JOHN

The BW in your interior code is for Blue & White. So EB7 upper door paint is exactly what your car should have.

I didn't think blue interiors were even avail on Birds?

I thought it was black or white only.

There's a handful of of Birds over the years with Blue, or Blue/White interiors that have come to light, There's a B5/B5 bucket interior Bird with all the documentation on the WingedWarriors site

Hi Mike this is John.     I know Galen said in his white books that there was thought to be one blue/blue some where. Ill look at wwnboa site.
He has indicated  that there was less than a 1% chance that there was more the same ( with the EB7 UDF). I just wondered if anybody has seen others. I really like the B5 blue with white interior either way.  Ive got the engine, transmission, front suspension done. The rest is on the rotisserie for when I have time.
Thanks all, any info is greatly appreciated. I would really like to find prior owners (1975 and back). And where it was sold new.

Thanks again John K

I got some bench seat samples from Legendary today.  Their white #200 looks more like a duller offwhite to me.  The seats I see in pictures look more of a brighter white.  Is the white for buckets brighter than the bench or does it just look that way because of the small sample square?

WINGIN IT

Wow , cool color combo. So only the seats are white?
Trying to picture the complete combo.

Can't wait for the pics when it's done ( **hint hint** ) ;)

Where abouts in NY are you, upstate or downstate?
