Will 70-72 airgrabber air cleaner fit on a holley dual line carb?

A friend asked me to post this question.  He is working on a 66 Plymouth Belvedere and is putting a 440 in it.  He is undecided as to the carb he wants to use and is considering either a edelbrock or a holley dual line----both 750 cfm.  He wants to use the air cleaner posted on this PG Classics link:

The question is:  Will this air cleaner fit either of these carbs.   PG Classics lists it as a 70-72 airgrabber or 71 Ramcharger application.  He is thinking that this would indicate that the original carb would have been a Carter.  I think he is leaning right now towards wanting to use the dual line Holley.  He does realize that this air cleaner is not correct for his application but just likes the look.

In any case, he will look forward to any responses concerning this question.
