Availability of buddy seat and 4 speed

Could you get a 4 speed without a console in '69. If so, could you get a buddy seat with the 4 speed? I don't think  I have ever seen one. Anyone have pictures?

The fat round one with the pull up handle for reverse is an Inland and would only be found prior to mid 68. The Hurst would be found in 69 and it should be a thin, round handle with a flat spot where the Hurst logo is. The second picture Chris posted is probably the best view. The wood grain ball would be correct for 69. All the B bodies would have used the same shifter for similar applications (console vs non-console).
