Found this while at work today.

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

I think the Challenger hood "fits" the Charger body style better than the 'Cuda hood does.

Here's a couple of pics of the hood I made for my ' 72.

That stripe mimicks a 73 and 74 Charger. Why didn't he use a 71 R/T stripe.  :shruggy: Cool car though.

AmadeusCharger500

Its the right stripe for that year car. Changed out the front and rear bumper and grill it would seem. 71 stripe kit won't fit on 73/74 due to the body line fore part of the door. I've been mussin over this for months now seeing as I have a 71 clone made from a 74. Someone told me same thing I didn't believe it till me wife ran her hand along the top of the door. Takes a woman's eye sometimes ;). Devil, those cars Look Fantastic. I'm gonna need to have a chat with you.  Is that frosty green on the RR? I have a satellite same color and this is the first time I've seen another. Umm dang those aren't your cars I just thought of that :brickwall:

Nope, the Road Runner is from the 08 Power Tour and the 71? is from last years Power Tour.

Sorry.  I do have larger copies of the pictures if that would help?

Oh yeah... almost forgot about this.

Now that one doesn't work as well for me.  I just have a real narrow point of view when it comes to hood scoops on the 2nd gens.

:2thumbs: I like it. It gives the 3rd gen some real attitude
Make it idiot proof, and somebody will make a better idiot!

If you think Education is difficult, try being stupid!

mikesbbody

I don't like the 73-74 I like the Challenger hood on the 72 and agree with the comment about them looking out of place on a 2nd Gen
