The ones that remember the whole issue on me getting my money6 back from the department of fair trading against that idiotic mechanic thief that did no work on it and never paid me the 2500 dollars back... well the case has finally been finished.

The field team went in to repossess his belonging to pay the 2500 dollar debt. They knocked on the door, his throat cancer filled father said the house belongs to himself and not to Geoff his son (the mechanic) and therefor everything on that property 'belongs' to him. Thus the field team can not repossess anything. I asked why they don't repossess his car since that is registered in his name and the reason being that is your 'work' (Only way of income) thing which does not get taken away.

So conclusion... Geoff can steal of anybody he wants to, law cant do anything because he lives on his fathers property therefor all his belongings are actually his fathers. Now I could go do more seeking legal advice to some how get around this rubbish but its just not worth it. I'm busy in college training to work for the Lord and how to help people in there health etc that the 2500 dollars... forget it. Sure I got 0 money at the moment and thankfully the government is supplying the funds to train in this school because we have none but as said before... I don't lack food... God's been providing through many means and Geoff will lose a LOT more than I have and the apparent gain he got will be a much bigger loss in time to come than it was worth.

Well - I'm still looking forward to the blue car that is coming... (see already moving positive  )

BTW: Just a side note for anyone that ever may get this Geoff's contact... he lives in Sydney, Toongabbie. Stay away from him.

another case where the criminal gets off free due to the law protecting his deviousness.  i think that is the biggest and most idiotic slap in the face to all that are innocent and victims.  they should quit making exceptions for these people and lay the hammer to them.  take his vehicle, make him walk or take rapid transit.. that would teach the lil bugger.  garnish his paychecks, SOMETHING!!!???

anyway, glad you are off to something greater, and the LORD shall cast Geoff aside on the day of judgment pronouncing that He never knew Geoff, and then Geoff will spend the rest of his eternal life in hell.  Now, isn't it nice to know that God has a plan for Geoff?  I hope Geoff finds God, I hope he does, but if he doesnt, then I pray the Lord sees to Geoff his comeuppance.

Vengeance is mine said the LORD! Put the stink eye on him and turn it over to your GOD. You have tried but being he is not a man, you can not prosecute him as one. Get a judgment against him documented, when his father (who he hides behind) passes on, he will inherit what you seek. Then you may claim it. Shame to his father's unjust protective way, the son will suffer in the long run many times over. My children have been warned they will reap what the sow. You are poorer but wiser as I am too!

Common line within these threads of bad guys...they have NOTHING in their name. However when the old guy does pass the land and everything may become his and you will be able to have some peace/piece.

Australian laws are designed to protect criminals. Give them a "fair" chance and all that crap. I believe in innocence until proven guilty, but when proven guilty, be harsh and throw the full book at them, not just a page number.

Doubt anything can be done, his misses (as found out not his wife just defacto lady that lives with him and has kids with him) etc... basically hes set up in a way that he owns nothing and works for cash with no receipts therefor there is no tax etc. Hes set up well for his scamming. As said though, doesnt matter, my breads been sure, it has not impinged on my living.

Well, sorry to hear that G man, I hope you are able to chase it a bit further to get what is rightfully due to you. this lowlife career fraudster ( sounds that way anyhow ) should get his comeuppance sooner rather than later otherwise he will keep perpetuating this type of scam .
Good luck with your studies though as well.
