hood hinge repair parts

Am in the middle of restoring my 71 charger with my son and we found that the hood hinge area on the inner fender is rusted out around the front mounting bolt.  The large square sliding nut is fine but the inner fender is rusted through about 1 inch on each side and the thick steel plate welded behind the inner fender is just about gone on hone side and only partially gone on the other,  The patch parts that I have seen look like they are only the inner fender part.  What about the larger steel plate behind the inner fender.  Any ideas on where to find these??
