Flywheel id help

I just picked up a flywheel from a junk yard for my engine test stand setup and now I am not sure it is correct for my 1973 externally balanced engine. The flywheel with oiled down clutch assembly was sitting on the shelf and I was told it was out of a late 70's truck and would work for my application.  however it does not look like anything like the external balance flywheels talk about it another post, http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,58310.0.html . please let me know what you think of mine.

The flywheel in the pic is for use with internal balance, the series of small holes are to mass balance the flywheel not externally balance it.

so will this procedure work to make it an externally balanced  flywheel?
