Hi Larry,  I wanted to buy your car but just couldn't make things happen.  I did get hotrod98s Daytona clone.  I feel real lucky because everything had to line up.  Welcome back and good luck!

Husk that is a smokin Daytona !!! Daytona rt / se  , did you get your car done ?

I will be honest , I truly miss all you guys and I have been in therapy to help with being kind to others so hopefully I wont piss anybody off !! Yes I did sell me clone last August for 24 k in primer with a old hunk of shit 440 ( paid 150.00 for it ) and 4 speed . In the market to start over and with what I learned build a better replica .

Nope, not done yet.

It's still at my friend's shop.

He's working on the body and paint when he can.

Hopefully it will come home this winter :shruggy:

hey man

good to see you here again . this has been an up and down year for me . so i had to put the tona on the shelf for a while .

i haven't got a chance to paint her yet but hopefully we will get to it in september . i've done a lot of work on her but mostly suspension and brakes . plus an 800watt 6 speaker stereo . she's a pisser to drive . i blew a tire doing donuts or Olympic  rings as we call it in the north east . so i went with all new tires lower profile and a little wider . she's a beast . i'm building a 1969hp 440 motor for her with a sixpack  . about 450hp at the crank. here's the latest pic i have of her . with the old tires .

therapy-? what kind of  therapy? shock treatments ? or nipple torture  ;D :cheers: :popcrn:
