Not in the flesh, but has been for sale for quite a while. Looks like quite an honest car. It's not the only bird down here, but is the only aero car for sale.
"An aggressive exterior with power to match was enough to pull in the performance boys-especially when abetted by a pair of pipes blaring out the back, and brawny red-sidewall rubber hitting the pavement."

"........the four speed box changes cogs with the precision of a sharp axe striking soft pine."

It's my old car, RM23V0A171628, I brought it to NZ when I emigrated from the UK. All matching numbers, came from New York I think it was, Pete Wiseman was the first owner in the UK. Doug didn't have any records of it when I registered it with him.
The guy selling it is a Mustang collector (Shelbys, Bosses) He did have it up for NZ$325000 at one time!
I gave those photos which were taken in my back yard for a magazine article to the current owner when he purchased the car off me.
It's a good honest 6bbl car, with desirable options but no buildsheet,. if it went back to the States I've no doubt it would be rotisseried and put up for big money.

Looked around some more on this New Zealand bird and found this

And believe there was some mention on this board from this older board post on vintage wingcars on that New Zealand bird

No that's another 'Bird that was in England Troy, it was never owned by Pete, it's a 6bbl auto, last I heard it had been sold and was in Holland. I just wish I had noted all the vins of the cars in the UK, I believe there are only a couple of wing cars left there now.
Those photos were taken at the Brooklands racing circuit, the banking is every bit as steep as Talladega!

Good find,  :2thumbs: , it is the same car as in pic#2 off the licence plate. So it appears to have been sold and is in South Otago now

Brians had it a couple of years now, was owned by Matt G. from Wellington, he bought it into N.Z. along with the hemi RR. I know a couple of people who have had "very interesting" rides in it when Matt owned it!
