Post in the "For sale" thread.
Or sell on Ebay, join the Hot Wheels club...etc.

Good luck.

The family & I were at the Peterson Automotive Museum in L.A. last week.  They currently have a Hot Wheels exhibition which includes one of every Hot Wheel car EVER MADE.  The cars are displayed in racks all along the walls of a rather large-sized room.  In one corner, they had a TV playing vintage Hot Wheel commericals.

It was VERY cool !~

I have my Dad's matchbox all are from the mid 50's to early 70's. If you look some are stacked 3 and 4 high. If he liked one he would get 3 or 4 of them. I also have a box of just boxes. He saved alot of the boxes from cars he bought us. I sold 13 of the double cars about 10 years ago and got a total of 900.00 for them.

Now why would you think the off topic section would be the correct place to SELL toys?   :slap:

I'm always interested in first generation Chargers if they are one I don't have.  Buy or swap off my excess.

I have a ton of the old Matchbox and Hot Wheels stuff from the late 70s and early 80s.  Stuff from the Criss Cross Crash set to Dynamite alley (which had the A team van).  I, too, need to clear out some space in the garage so these will probably be going up for sale as well.  I wonder how much I could get for them. :scratchchin:

I have about 20 something redlines and about 35 more from the 70's & 80's. Total of about 125 cars but the rest are newer jonny lightnings and stuff which aren't worth that much.

I used to get them as a kid in the 60's & 70's & still have them. They aren't in the greatest shape, but some are very nice, like the 1969 Hot Wheels Charger & The Red Baron. When Johnny Lightning was resurrected, I started collecting them along with a few other kinds, including some 1:18 scale cars. I'd buy one for me, & one for my daughter, but I haven't bought many over the last several years. Without exaggerating, I have 5 or 6 large boxes, about 18" wide, by 18" deep, by 24" long, all filled with unopened blister packs & various other packages. I have nowhere to display them & have also been thinking about unloading all but a few to make room in my house.
