Think I found my 73 Charger Rallye! Needs thoughts?

OK So I found a 73 Charger Rallye and I have been talking to the owner and the friend that is selling it! I am (from what I have been told) the only one interested in buying the 73 Charger Rallye! I have pics which I will put up with this post. I am going to have the money for the car in 3 or so weeks. There is some rust in places but I think Its worth it! Heres what I want. I project car that I could work on for a good amount of time. I think this is it! So please tell me what you think and I'll just go off of that! But I really do what to buy this car!

History of car that I know: The guy who has it got it from friends because they knew he liked mopars. They where just going to drop a tree on it... :o So he got it. Then well im not sure why hes selling it now... But It has no engine. It was a 340 73 Charger Rallye. Im thinking i'll get a 360 coz there cheap. Any way he sent me pics of the car and well... Interior is nice. Some rust but I did find out it is a solid car. Heres some pics I'll put more up later.
Done some growing up. Not going to do much on this account tho. Doesnt fit the more mature me.

... DAMN IT!!!!! It looks like from the other pics its got some bondo on it. If I dont already have pics of it up i'll put them up. This babies a real project car! I think Im going to have to ask you guys and maybe some others on the 3rd gen forum and see what they say. Im also going to have a car friend of mine... Ok well he knows about pricing and what to ask for etc... To look at the pics and maybe come to where the car is located and see how much he thinks I should ask for it! Damn im pissed at myself...

Some bigger pictures would be nice. Cant really get a clear look at anything. I don't know 3rd gens to well but as a project car with no engine...Im thinking around 1300 tops. :shruggy:
