Trunk Floor Brace Kit question

Can you guys tell me what the two extra pieces on the trunk floor brace kit are for, and where they go?  I cut out my entire trunk floor, and i don't remember seeing those two pieces.  I've got a 70 charger, but those braces will fit 68-70 chargers.  Thanks in advance.

Sweet,  thanks HOTROD.  I actually was able to find them under the floor pan, and i think i might be able to save mine, just needs a good abrasive blast and I think they will work.  Is that your work HOTROD?  That looks very good,  i just hope mine turns out that well.
