I love the way this bird drives. Now that I've driven the bird about 400 miles or more, I don't even want to drive the cudas. The bird is so much more comfortable.
After taking the bird down the strip a couple of weeks ago, I even thought about using my bird clone project to build a drag car and put the drag radial cuda back to stock. Too many ideas and not enough time or finances.
Rene, you meet me in St. Louis this year at MMW and you can drive it in the parade laps. That's a promise my friend.

You have to look out for your friends. It's tough breaking in new ones. 

I lost a good friend this past weekend. He was only 56 years old. We were business partners back in the early 90's and sometimes we didn't agree on how to do things. I eventually bought him out and we went our seperate ways. He called me a couple of weeks ago to basically tell me that he always considered me a good friend through thick and thin. I guess I knew that he was calling to say goodbye. He's had major heart problems for the last three or four years and wasn't improving. I'm glad he called.
