I´ve got a steering coupler.. any easy way to determine if it´s for a manual or PS box..?

ummm   the PS one has a smaller shaft splined hole.   The manual one is noticeably larger

Actually - No difference at all in the coupler - the difference is in the steering column shaft length.

totally agreed. I have had both in hands. Internal parts are still the same though

Parts book shows same part # for both - most body styles....this is 69-71 though - are you talking about later? If you are I can't answer that. I have some both style boxes out of the cars - gonna check the size.

Wow - Just checked - The power steering spline is a smaller diameter than the manual box. Wonder if I was reading the parts book properly?  :scratchchin:

I just bought a manual gear box (out of a Charger I think) with no coupler and a 67 Belvy steering column with the longer column shaft and no coupler so which years and models are the same for 68 Chargers?  Just so I can tell the salvage yard if they aren't sure.
