would like clear pic of sway bar with engery suspension bushings and BRACKETS installed on 2nd gen charger. Not sure how the brackets are used in conjuction with bushings and sway bar i went to ES web site and the instructions do not show pics they mention if your stock brackets are broke {because you hit a curb} that you could use the brackets that come in kit .  thank you  tom

I guess it must be pretty easy if nobody has answered. the parts in kit just looked akward to me oh well i painted my sway bar yesterday now it is off to the garage for instlation, i did see one pic while doing a search and it had the bushing on top of the bracklet i guess i will start with that and see how it all lines up   thanks  tom

Here's a couple of my 70RR.  The bar is a little different than a 69 but I don't know about the brkts.  Maybe this helps. I used the stock brackets after having to straighten them some

Thanks  but that set up is not quite the same i was out trying to install the bushings for the life of me i can't put this puzzle together maybe til next week when i can work on my car again some one could post pics of brackets and bushings installed on 69 thanks  tom

Hitman thanks for the pics!! did you have to drill any holes in the supplied brackets or the frame of the car or did you use all factory drilled holes thanks  tom

bricklayer

Hitman, i'm looking at my brackets and they are designed differently then the ones in the pics is your kit from engery suspension and if so do you know if their is a difference from the 69 kit to the 68 kit  thanks  tom

HITMAN 149

no we just used the factory holes in the k member... we had to masage them in a lil lol but no big drilling... my kit was from performance suspension...
i don't know if theres a diff between the a 68 & a 69.. can't image there is though?!?!
hope my pics helped?!?!

Ohhh I like that! That is a much better design then the original brackets. Its such a pain in the ass to try and replace the those triangle bushings.

Bricklayer, post up some pictures of what you have so we know what you're working with.

OK  i figured it out had to call tech support engery suspension, turns out you have to drill 5/16 hole in there brackets and into the k member they look good and they appear to be mechanically sound. anyway they should put some instructions in the box. at least let me know that i had to drill additional holes. but another thing checked off the list!!!!! I have other engery suspension stuff and it went together really well i would recomend their  stuff  thanks for you help  tom...
