are these factory wheels ? what are they called ? steel slotted ???

I've always heard them referred to a "Cop wheels".  Technically I reckon they're steel slotted but most of the time steel slotted have the reverse dish of yours like the pic below although these are called Kidney Bean slot rims too.  Most take a center cap where yours use the "dog dish" hubcaps. The Lil Red Express Truck used a similar slotted rim as below but were all chrome.  I had these made so they're not factory.

if its a mopar stamping on the back then they are the cop rims i would think, otherwise i guess someone could of stripped the chrome off the lip if they were going to do something different...........

most commenly refered to as cop car wheels but they were also avail on Aspens Volares and Magnums in the mid-70's in a 15x7 and are fairly common

there was also a 15x8 version avail on Magnum GT's and Aspen/Volare Super Coupes that can be much tougher to find and thus are worth considerabley more than the 15x7's
