Need help with fuel tube trunk gasket.

I forget how the gasket for the fuel tube bolts to the hole in the trunk on my 68. Does it bolt to the unerside of the trunk pan or the top of the trunk pan? Should I drill holes and secure it with bolts or use machine screws?

It goes on the top side. You need 4 sheetmetal screws with washers to look like original.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
