Heck, that's simple, someone used a door panel... for a patch in the trunk.. well at least one thing.. that saved them the welding time to put that in there  :smilielol: :smilielol:

But on a flip side, that must be one of those so call rare an I do mean rare trunk doors for aliens to get out through if they are in the trunk hiding  :smilielol:

At least it was a black panel to match....would have really been an EPIC fail if it were a tan DOH panel.

So just for now its a standard FAIL  :Twocents:

Yea, when they got under the car, they didn't know which way to head, so they had to reach for a map to find there way back out  :smilielol:

WTF. Uh, yeah, I got nothing else to add after that.

Experimental build-sheet protector.

I read the comments on the posting and the seller can't get into the trunk of the car. I would gtuess there is a bunch of stuff in the trunk area and the hole wasn't visibal till the gas tank was dropped out. Looks to me that the old door panel is just sitting there, or a piece of one anyway.

It would have made my restoration project easier if  my car had that z956 opinion on it when I worked on the undercarriage. At least I when have a spot for the tools I needed.
