Thanks guys.  :cheers:  I probably spent an hour every night or two for a couple weeks I guess. Not a whole lot of time really. It was kinda fun working with the fiberglass and definately worth it not to rush the job.  :yesnod:

I finished this a while back and thought I'd post a picture of the final result. The heater is back in the car and works awesome.  :2thumbs:
