That would be a 1970 Road Runner equipped with a 440 6 barrel, built in the Lynch Rd MI plant.

The RM23V0A could also indicate a Superbird.  I don't think Shakey's VIN sequence number is in the range it would need to be for a Superbird though, which is why TeeWJay is right about it being a 6bbl Runner.  I have nowhere near the volume of information on Superbirds that I do for Daytonas, but the lowest VIN I have for a 'Bird is 142319.
