So if I read that right, Kruse Inc, lost their licence, but Dean Kruse gets off scott free to start up another company?

He may have already since Auburn Auctions handled the spring auction and not Kruse International.  I hope someone runs the labor day auction just so the new road just for the one week event gets used.
