Hey gang..
Whatcha ya'll see or feel about an original survivor '67 Hemi Charger, black w/gold interior. Owner and I were discussing the car this weekend when I went to visit him. Don't have a picture here, but suffice to say it is EXTREMELY nice. The paint is almost new and the exterior chrome is absolutely fantastic. The engine compartment is in excellent shape with a few things here and there that need to be detailed, ie. correct heater hose clamps, white harness straps replaced and proper battery hold-down. Other than that, it's in awesome shape. He has the original steel wheels with doggies and the original 3.23 open 8.75 chunk.

As some of you know, I used to own a survivor '71 Charger R/T, so I know the quality of "survivor" and this one's one. It is an automatic car and the complete drivetrain is original. Heck, the hood insulation pad on this thing is in great shape.

I suggested in today's market, about $80K-100K. Now, if he was to invest in a marketing company/broker/auction house, it might go further.... Maybe I don't have a feel for the selling power of those that do it "professionally"........

Yeap, that's his direction.. He doesn't even want to trip the odometer over 10,000..........I told him he should at the very least fire her up and drive her a couple of times around the neighborhood. Even if you start it up, put it in neutral, you still have the problem of the brakes and differential not being used. He put an a/c unit in the garage, so the humidity factor is gone. This is an Arizona car, so the sheetmetal is GREAT !!

yeah sounds a good plan  & even put it up on jack stands  so the weight is still on the suspension & so  can let it run  in drive  for a while  , thats what i done with  mine when i had it in storage for 10 years :yesnod:
would love to see pictures  :drool5:
