Well I don't think I've ever seen anybody do this but I'm having a bodyman work on my 73 Charger SE and turning it to full vinly and setting up 71 marker lights for it because I think they look alot better then the 73 style. And I guess I just want to know what people would think to see a 73 SE with 71 lights?

I had actually planned to do this with my old 73.  I agree they look better but if you want a rallye stripe (like I do) then keep the ones you have because they are designed around the 73 style markers.

Here is another option.... I found these on ebay last year.  They were listed as a front marker light for a RamCharger.  I had been hoping someone would come out with these for a long time.  I dont know if they still sell them or not but the sellers name was ProCarParts.  I bought 4 for my car, it should look awesome with the white rallye stripe.   :yesnod:

Ya they would look alot nicer then the plain yellow ones. And I wanted to go all front end fiberglass so it would lose some weight but I think I'm just going fiberglass hood, front and rear valance, and maybe decklid but I don't where to find fiberglass decklid except some place in Canada since I dont want to deal with more rust in the next 20 yrs even though it will eventually happen.

mo power i agree with you and ive been wantingt o make the change to my 72 charger for awhile now.
the way i was going to do it was to get some "conversion panels" from a 71 parts car. basically for the rear it would be a section of the rear quarters cut out i would use that as a template to find the correct location for the 71 lights (which are in a different place to 72-74's) once i find the right place, cut out the hole attach the inner piece (that the sidemarker lights bolt onto) and there you have it! not forgetting to fill in the old sidemarker light location!
For the fender's with a 72 charger i could simply change to 71 fenders (if i could find some good ones) but if not use the same method using the template idea or, find someone with a 71 and use their car as a reference to go off for you car. if you do it id like to see how it looks!  good luck  ;D

Im doing this now. The 73-73 fenders are nicer however as they are higher cut at the wheel opening by almost 2"
