What is the best aftermarket replacement clutch for the 7 blade fan?

A383Wing

I bought one from Car Quest for about $30

Personally I prefer Hayden Severe Duty.

Opinions come and go, but I've installed probably 30 of these, mostly on commercial vehicles and never had one come back failed. They are a little larger so radiator clearance can be an issue-the Heavy Duty is a little thinner-but other than that there is no better clutch made. The SD clutches can be had from any source, for $50-$60. I don't think saving $30 is worth wondering if it works today.

Watch out for the one the parts store will want to sell you. It may be slightly thicker causing issues with clearance between the fan and radiator. The Hayden unit is NAPA part number 261306.

I like the one that comes with the MP viscous fan package. You can buy it separately, it's part number 4095704. Looks exactly like a stock unit.
Check your rad clearance!!!! It fits fine on my '68, but if you had your radiator re-cored with an extra row, or a fat aftermarket radiator it might not fit.

I recall a hayden 2765 being discussed.  fits jaguar.  is the thinnest to bolt to our WP and Fan Blade so gives the most radiator to fan blade clearance.  same part as Four seasons labeling.
