need some help tonite on my 440

i went to put the heads on my 440 tonite and i lent my manual out last year and never got it back! but i can't remember the torque sequence on the heads do an internet search and get 10,000 pages for casting numbers and torgue specs but no sequence. anyone gotta scan? thanks!

As a rule of thumb, always start from the center and work your way out.
