This is currently on ebay, listed as a 1968-70 Charger jack. Doesn't look like any other I've seen.

Not counting the tower, it looks close.  If it was a little reasonably priced I'd buy it & put it in the trunk anyways.  It'd fool a lot of folks & it's just for looks.
