While viewing that video I noticed the reference to the Suzuki RE5, I had one just like it but black. Obviously I like things that are out of the ordinary.

HA!!  Looks like Jay ran a red light at the end of that video.  I used to work with a guy that had one of those in the 70's, but, I never got to ride it.  Bet you'd love to have your old one back!

Not really, other than its unique appearance it wasn't much of a bike and it was a hassle to find parts for in the eighties I can't imagine what it's like now. Suzuki has a habit of abandoning their orphan bikes and dumping the spare parts off on a separate vendor. The only two Suzukis I owned were the RE5 and the Madura and both were only made for two years.
