How Does This 440 Build Sound

I will be building my 440 soon and am in the process of finding and buying parts for it. So how does this sound, I am looking to make a little over 400hp.
What I have
-1976 Block .030" over
-Cast Crank .010" Under
-LY Rods
-Sealed power Cast SEA350P Pistons with a 1.990" comp. height, sold as 9.4:1
-Performer RPM intake
-stock volume oil pump
-Carter Fuel Pump
-Stock Rockers
What I plan to buy
-440 Source Heads
-ARP Main Bolts
-Single bolt Voodoo hydraulic cam I dont know which one yet
-850cfm Holley Carb
-Maybe a steel shim head gasket to get slightly higher compression?
So how does this sound, should I be able to get over 400hp with this? Any advice?

Sounds pretty good.  You did not mention the exhaust system.

I would consider a different piston.  The 1.990" CH will put the piston 0.070 to 0.080 in the hole.  I would shoot for a zero deck and 0.040" gasket.  You'll need a 2.06" CH type piston, probably with a small dish to get a reasonable CR.  You should be able to get away with 10.0 CR with a mild cam.  If you want a small cam, maybe back the CR down to 9.7 to 9.5.

400 hp measured on an engine dyno as corrected hp should be fairly easy.

I am stuck with those pistons, they are already on the rods and came with the motor. The exhaust is headers to 2.5" duals with an H-pipe.

Of course the pistons can be removed from the rod.  Budget constraints?

Is the short block assembled?

I have some budget constraints, I'm an 18 year old kid going to college in four months.
The block is not assembled but was before I bought it.
