No, you are not missing anything, the car is.   Since it is a real RT, it is worth something to someone, they just need to find that person.  Most would not want to start a project like that though.......

Nope it's not worth anything!!  I spy, its an A/C car, and it is in TEXAS. With the A/C missing it worthless!!!!
