Not sure of the name & I was looking for it a while back as well.  Found something close but not quite.   maybe you have a better resource?

What's really odd about the font is look at the number 9.  It's different in the 1968 vs 1969, or the 7 is different in two different plates.  I'm not a fan of the low-hanging 9 but I'll do what ever the group wants.  Let's see if we get some feedback from the forum here.  Anyone have a comment on this?

A couple of 69 GTX designs I'm working on.  Still working on 69 Charger image for the Charger sign.  Still also need to do Daytona, Superbird, and 71 GTX at people's request.

Wow, these are fantastic!  :2thumbs:

If you're keen to give a Challenger R/T version a go, and willing/able to ship internationally, I'd definitely be interested.

LeesRT

I'm willing to do anything Mopar.  I will add Challenger R/T to the list.  It will be a while since I have requests for this 69 GTX, 71 GTX, 69 Daytona, 70 Superbird, and finish of the 69 Charger R/T ahead of you, but I will do it.  If all of this goes international too, that's fine by me.  My boss is a little surprised at the response on these so he has given me the ok to work on these during work time between my daily projects.  If you guys (and gals) want to help me out on this, any line drawn images, vector images work really well for logos.  If I have to take pictures and convert them, it pretty time consuming, but doable.  I cleaned up the Super Bee logo years ago and probably spent 20-30 hours getting the logo so it looked nice and it only takes 30 minutes to machine it.  That's it for now.

well keep us posted anyone of those would look AWESOME propped up beside a car at a show... or, on the garage wall..

Here is what Black Melamine material looks like.  It actually turned out pretty nice.  The blue tape around the edge protects my hand from the sharp melamine edge in case you were wondering.  We could put black edge banding on the edge of the sign to take care of the sharpness and so it matches the black on the top surface.  I may have to do some more experimenting with other melamines.

That work really looks great!  I'd be interested in a 1969 Charger R/T sign.  Any chance you could add SE or special addition to one?  Either way, I'm interested.

Sorry...got a little carried away with picture size.  I'll try again.

So you want a 1969 Charger R/T S.E. sign in Black Melamine?  For the S.E., are you wanting the special edition script that is normally where the Charger script is?  If you are serious, go ahead and send me an E-mail with your name, shipping info, and what you want, and I'll get it on the list of signs I need to make.  I have a feeling when you see what I'm doing to the 69 Charger R/T sign, you will want it even more.  I'm doing an entire silhouette of the car that will be on one of the 69 Charger signs.  I'm about half way through cleaning the image up.  So let me know if you don't want the car image vs. just the "1969 Charger R/T Special Edition".

Heck no, I don't mind you posting.  Very nice job I must say.  While I'm on here. I was looking for a good close up picture of the 69 Charger's SE (Special Edition) emblem.  Can anyone provide me with a good close-up shot straight on?  I've only been able to find shots off at angles.

I haven't actually started it yet, other than look for decent images.  If you have images you like of the Daytona, send them to me and I'll work with them.  I'm finishing up the 69 charger image at the moment.

Thanks for the SE image.  I'll see if I can recreate it.

OK, here was my first attempt with the 69 Charger R/T S.E. & Charger image.  I didn't like this one as well (at least on Black Melamine).  I attempted to pocket the grille area and window areas and engrave in them.  If I took a black pen and line those lines in the grille area and window area, it would have looked better.

LeesRT

Here is my second attempt.  I changed the pocketing in the grille area and window area to not pocket, but engrave the lines.  This looks better on Black Melamine.  Here are several pics of it.  The emblems came out pretty good if I do say so myself.
