Check Engine Light Flash, Ding sound, and bucking... Help!

I need some help!
After calling Dodge, they didn't have any advice for me.. so I am turning to the internet for some help hopefully.
Okay, here is the problem...
When it is raining and the engine is wet from rain, my charger will be driving along fine and then all of a sudden it will buck, lose power very briefly, the check engine light with come on, yet not stay on, and then it will ding. The weird thing about this is that I found out that if I don't have my windshield wipers on, it won't do this. However if I have them on, it will act up like this when ever the wipers wipe across the window. Yet, another thing is, if I have the blades on as fast as they will go, then it won't act up. As now it is beginning to do this now on good weather days!
I was thinking it was one of the coils acting up when it got wet and miss firing. There are six under the hood and I replaced one after I sprayed a coil with my water hose while the car was idling and it acted up. It seemed to be a little better, yet a couple days after it was acting up again. So I went out and bought 2 more coils. I replaced all the coils on the passenger side.. however after all that money spent... it still acts up in the same manner as it did before.
I am open to any suggestions and advice. I have no idea what this could be... and I am so tired of driving it in the rain!

Ok, first, you need to reallize just how difficult it really is to "Diagnose" problems over the internet..However, i will give it a try...

The Check Engine light will flash when there's an impending harmful situation that may damage your cat. converters, like an engine missfire. The FIRST thing you should do is Scan that check Engine light and find out which cylinder if any is misfiring as that's what it sounds like form your discription....After you have the code, then you need to find out whether it's an ignition problem (Coil/plug/ECM), or an electrical problem (Wiring getting wet)....Hope this helps...How many miles on it? Have you EVER tuned it up? Ie: New plugs/Fuel filter?

   I agree with Cooter. Scan the vehicle for error codes. Many auto parts stores will scan the vehicle free of charge. Search the codes on the Internet and it should give you an idea where to start. I would suspect the cam sensor. But it could be many different things.  Grumpy
