Can anyone tell me 1) how many 1973 Dodge Chargers were built in total; and 2) how many were built with "special order" 440 cu.in engines?
What would be the general value range of an exampleof the latter  in good preserved condition with ~75,000 to 80,000 original miles?  Thank
you, Jim Lanigan, Calgary, Alberta (inquiring on behalf of a friend).

I bought a rough 73 U code Charger and paid 7k for it.  I would never have bought it if I had inspected it first.  I had 9k in it after shipping and minor things just to make it road worthy.  I took it to Monster Mopar and tried to get my money back.  I would have taken a loss to get out of all the work it needed but I couldn't even get an offer.  So about 8k plus a doner car $500 not counting endless hours spent later, I have the Wanna Bee.  73 440 ramcharger hood SuperBee tribute
