Those are factory 4-piston disc brakes. A very cool option, I think.
Many think that they are troublesome. I don't know enough about them, but if you're keeping the car original don't throw anything away...you can change them to later model discs/calipers easy and cheap enough if the stock ones are too expensive to rebuild. I think it's the rotors that are hard to get.
There are lots of other people here who will know all the details.

Everything is hard to get.  The rotors are being reproduced now but I don't know how good they are and to my knowledge pads are still found easily enough.  Nowadays, replacement calipers are the unobtainable part.  You can rebuild them of course and it doesn't hurt to do that anyway.
The "trouble" spot in them is the caliper as it has a tendency for rust to form in the bores and cause the piston to hang up.  Rebuilding them with sleeves can alleviate a lot of that.

Tks guys where do i get rebuild kit for caliper. If they are still good like to use them want to get slotted rotors can i get them to work with these calipers and stock equipment. Also where would i get pads for calipers. My back are drum would like to make them disk or should i keep drum not sure they do not look bad either

I think you'll be fine with the drums.  I doubt very much you'll find slotted rotors for them.  Pads should be available from standard auto parts supply houses and the same with a caliper rebuild kit although you may have to go to a more specialized parts supplier as opposed to the more generic big box sort of places like Autozone or NAPA.  Try them too of course but they may no longer have it.
Can't help much beyond that as I scoured swap meets until I found NOS stuff to redo mine.

I noticed that 14 in rims would not fit even without calipers on that's why i thought after market i thought 69 charger had 14 inch rims. I bought 14in magnum 500 will not fit but that's OK i just wanted a set of vector SE and magnum 500 rims guess i can buy 15in of both know anyway

I'll bet that if you call them for a price and availability on a cross drilled rotor that interchanges with you stock stuff you will get a different answer.

Yea you were right I emailed them they do not stock them I heard goodmark sells them can not find them on line you guys here about this at all. One piece I think not two piece rotors like the stock ones were. But not slotted would like slotted.
