Front disk brake question

A friend has a 73 charger parts rig.  Can I use any of the parts to convert my 72 Swinger from drums to disks?

Yes, but you need to also find the correct A body, big ball joint, upper control arms to match up to the spindle.

74, 75, or 76 A bodies.

Doctor Diff has tapered bushings that allow the use of the early small ball joint control arms with the later big ball joint spindles.
