Surfing ebay , checking out this B3 '70 Charger , noticed he has a '70 R/T buildsheet , B7 over B5 , V6B blue pinstripe (must've been a beauty) !

He doesn't know the wheelcovers are the wrong year , I'd guess he doesn't know it's the wrong sheet....
