remove the instrument cluster in my 68 charger

it is hard to remove the instrument cluster?? how it is behind the cluster into the dash? many wire to remove or a couple of easy connection?

It's been a while from but what I remember you'll need to loosen the steering wheel to drop it down a little.
Spedo-cable should be undone first while the cluster is still in.
In-fact - I would try to unplug as much as possible before you start pulling it forward - those old wires and plugs aren't very flexible.
