am i right if you have 275/60/15 tires and 3.23 gears you would need a green 31 tooth speedo pinion gear correct?

how did you figure the 30.24?? i was going buy tire height figures which comes out to be 27.98 inch tire height and 3.23 gears (although my math be off i did go to school in arkansas), what i have shows a 31 tooth for a 28 inch tire and 3.23 gears

ok i was just wondering so i could figure these out easier in the future, if i use the 31 (dont have a 30) how bad will that slow down the speedo?

I read somewhere that each tooth is about 3 mph and a lower number will register faster on the speedometer.
Typically you round down to the lower number because its better to register a little faster than you are actually travelling (speeding tickets)
