I have a pair of Buick Grand National Rims what type and size of wheel adapters would I need?

Those Buick GN wheels were 5-on-4.75" if I remember correctly.  Most Mopars (and also some Fords) use a 5-on-4.5" pattern.

Lots of guys just get the holes on those Buick rims ovaled out to a unilug shape rather than run the adapters.  No offset problems that way.  It works as long as the rims work with a hub-centering situation on your car, which I'm pretty sure you should have.  Although some state vehicle inspections & some tire businesses don't wanna mess with unilugs these days.

...or sell them on a Grand National board and buy the correct pattern wheels.

But if you insist and offset is not a problem; http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Billet-Wheel-Adapters,7704.html
