Any upgrade from organic pads?

My 72 Charger disc set-up on my 69 work fine but won't lock down in an emergency stop. My first thouhgt was carbon metallic pads but can't find a manufacturer that still does those. I even have power brakes but didn't anticipate this problem.

NAO is most often carbon fibres.  I haven't personally tried these but the seem to spec out well and the price is right.
