68 charger on rotiserie at body shop today

i was out today trying to hunt down some used tires... ugggg lol
and as i was passing this body shop near me.... what did i see!!!!  lol
the one worker i spoke to didn't know much about the car though...

I don think they're welded shut. However I see he shaved handles and side markers.

Looks to me like they just have tape on the back side of the holes to stop overspray while the primer was sprayed.
