prongs setup meets with horn relay and ign key buzzer ( mounted on top of fusebox )

bracket however doesn't meet since 71/74 B and E bodies are without brackets... it could be just a replacement part from another body since all these  on these years period works the same being that exterior diff the only one

Tan top, the extra prong is the ign buzzer function on all 71/73 Mopars models
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

this is for example the A bodies one ( bracket is to mount into kick area frame ):

this is the B bodies one( note no bracket on it since is not required being plugged directly to fusebox ):

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOS-MOPAR-1971-3-B-C-E-BODY-HORN-RELAY-ALL_W0QQitemZ380216384725QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item5886a99cd5

note they are the same with just the bracket difference. The one you got it could be for C bodies

those numbers are one for bracket and one for relay as far I know. The Letters it could be some miss stamped numbers

(NOTE... TRAILERED CARS USED A SIMILAR RELAY/PRONGS SETUP FOR BRAKES LIGHTS AND SOMETHING ELSE, FOUND THAT RECENTLY... WILL SEARCH THE RELAY I FOUND ON EBAY SIMILAR TO THAT ONE TO COMPARE PNs )

if you want to discard, feed the center top terminal on the three grouped terminals with positive 12V, and the outer vertical prong with negative... if buzzes, GOTCHA! you got it, it is the horn/buzzer relay

Is not... found the relay, and is a diff PN, but was looking ahead about the prongs setup

The date code on it 99th day of 73....The part number 3513211 doesn't show up in a 70-71 parts book.

Nacho-RT74

even less on a 74 since that year did mean a change on those ( buzzer function being moved to a different location )

I already searched earlier on mymopar PN database replacing the M for 11 and didn't find anything. Also searched on the 70-71 catalog

would need to be checked on a 73 catalog.

HOWEVER I'm pretty sure it is the horn/buzzer relay. I was helping couple of days ago a guy from Moparts with its wiring and stuff and he was able to find that same relay, with same looks thorugh NAPA being the Horn/buzzer relay.

Also going to say horn/buzzer relay. Just with a added bracket, most likely from some other vehicle.

That is a power window relay and in a 68 it mounts under the left hand side of the dash.

I don't think... 68 PNs are on 28xxxxx or 29xxxxx ratio
