68 charger A/C control vacuum lines -- diagram?

I recently discovered that some brainless twit at some time in the life of my car mangled my a/c control vacuum lines.  Ok, fine, I've got them mostly sorted i think , but now I'm trying to figure out where they go... i mean the lines underdash to doors actuators  and whitch to the engine ,, anybody got a diagram of which lines go where on a 68 charger 318 please

I made this crude diagram while I was restoring my A/C box.
Not totally sure which actuator is which, but the one with the time delay thingie is definitely the fresh air/circulate vent.
