I've got a set of 14x7 steelies and the original hubcaps in very good condition that came with my 69. The car's in paint right now but 15" magnum 500's will be going on shortly thereafter. The hubcaps aren't the dogdish type but the nicer R/T hubcaps. Any ballpark idea what this set may be worth? Thanks guys.

If they are really 14 x 7 - not much - as they are not original wheels....unless you are talking about the hub caps only.

There are several styles of hubcaps.  None are R/T specific that I know of.

I paid $75 dollars for a set of 4 NOS deep dish caps for my R/T back in 2004. The simulated mag caps bring good money because they are pretty rare.

Yes - I have 2 cars that take the sim. mag - hard to find nice ones.

twodko - are your wheels really 14x7?

twodko

Morning Guys,

maxwellwedge thanks for the question. I checked the FSM and it states the wheels are 14 x 5.5" JK. They're the stock wheels that came on the car. Does this sound correct to you? I'd pull one off to see if there is any markings stating its size but the car is in paint.

That sounds "More Gooder"

There should be some dates and size near the valve stem. There is also (usually) stuff on the back side by the lug holes and inside the rim (with the tire off).

I like more gooder and mo' betta! When I hit the shop for the next resto "photo op" I'll look at a wheel closely for specific info. Have a great weekend.
