WTF?   You work at home depot?    But you're not a).  Old retired guy or b). single mom  :shruggy:

It was one  of the best paying part time jobs I could find to get me through high school. I've always put in 110%, never late, go in when called in ect, no customer complaints I've had numerous customers compliment me to my boss.  They switched management about a year ago and it got real corrupt.  They started a lot of performance punishment.  I have a few interviews comming up for some welding jobs which is what my degree is in so I should be out of there soon.

Wasn't knocking you at all...   just making fun of HD.     Seems like when they started out they seemed to be staffed by semi-skilled personnel.    Anymore it's like walmart.    Lowes isn't as bad ... yet.

I've been shopping more at local hardware store uptown again.    I was in there last night looking for a 3/4" female to 1/2" male socket adapter and they actually had it!!!   Ok... it was $15 but I needed it

just let it go man...    I got written up for putting someone on hold for 2 minutes...        ended up just sitting down with my manager and explaining the situation and all is good in the world....

if it's 20 minutes then its 20 minutes...     it's a pain in the ass but its better than being unemployed - i was there recently and it blows huge...        so just spend some company time in the latrine...

Take Easter for example...   I worked from 11:30am to 8:30pm....    spent about 60% of my time taking tests for the company...    just to get some certificates saying i know how to do my job...      longest shift of my life...    but it pays the bills...

If they looked like that at mine this topic wouldn't have started lol.

    I think it was pretty chicken sh/t of them to pull you in over something so minor that happened two months ago. But, probably best to just grin and bare it for now until you find something else. Then you can give them the finger.
Change is good, sounds like you could use one. Good luck.
Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....
