what's an 8 3/4 sure grip rear end worth??

i have a chance to buy an 8 3/4 sure-grip rear. complete except no drums or the brake hardware. complete from backing plate to backing plate. what's something like this go for these days? thanks!

Well ratio and Tru-Tack or open, what # is the pumpkin there are several kinds, did you measure total width, E body is wider, A body more narrow, what about wear, is it tight or slappy? All of this effects price!

all i really know is it was out of a 66 dodge charger and that it is a sure-grip.

Do more "home work" allot good or bad could happen in 44 years!

i typically see 8 3/.4 rears for 200-500 depending on condition.  if it's $200 or under, it's pretty much a no brainer if it's a sure grip. if it's more than that, you may need to check some numbers or do some more research/measuring on your end to get a better value

If it's a 66 it's got the small pinion bearing set up right?
