everywhere at ebay...and normally any good restorer dealer

But hey! is something you can make by yourself! dunno up there but down here you can go to shops, specialist on upholstery materials and buy anything by meters... then cut and VOILA!

I made my own for about $5 as I bought some from an upholstery shop.
