My 68 charger headlight doors are currently in the open position. I do not have and power of any kind going to them right now (the car is not running) I was wondering if I can manually open and close them? Thanks

You won't have any "power".....they are vacuum operated....

I thought you could just "close" the doors by hand? Or is there a lever to trip first?

You can. Just be careful, of course.

I am aware that they are vaccum operated. Mine seem to be stuck in the open position. Could the vaccum pods be seized up??.

I got them to close. I think the linkage was just a little rusted. :2thumbs:
